Morning: Pick your goals

Open the app and select today's goals from your library. Tag each one with an intention: Want (1 pt), Love (2 pts), Must (3 pts), or Quit (4 pts). The harder the intention, the more points you earn.

During the day: Complete them

Tap goals as you finish them. Your completion ring fills up in real time. You'll feel a satisfying haptic tap with each one. Points add up based on your tags.

Evening: Review your balance

Check the Summary tab to see your points, completion rate, and weekly trend. A donut chart shows how balanced your effort was across all four dimensions. Adjust tomorrow and keep going.

Tag your goals with intention.

Every goal gets a tag that tells you why you're doing it and how many points it's worth.

Goals you genuinely want to do. Easy to start, naturally motivating.

Love 2 points

Goals you love doing. These bring you joy and you'd do them anyway.

Must 3 points

Goals you need to do. They're hard but necessary for growth.

Quit 4 points

Habits you're breaking. The hardest ones. Maximum points because they take the most effort.

Stay consistent with streaks.

Complete all your daily goals to build a streak. Miss a day and it resets to zero. Your total points, daily scores, and weekly trends are all tracked in the Summary tab so you can see your progress over time.

Unlock 22 achievements.

Earn milestones as you build consistency. From completing your first day to hitting a 30-day streak, each achievement rewards real effort. No shortcuts, no in-app purchases. Just you showing up every day.

Focus with ambient sounds.

Turn on calming soundscapes that change with the time of day. Birds in the morning, gentle calm in the afternoon, crickets in the evening. Toggle it on in settings whenever you need focus.

Never forget with daily reminders.

Set a reminder for any time of day. You'll get one gentle notification to shape your goals. Just one. No spam, no nagging.
